Composition, therapeutic action and benefits
Blackcurrant (Ribes nigrum): the extract from the fruit: is an useful remedy in modulating
the response of the immune system to various environmental factors with potential allergens.
Supports the secretion of cortisone – reduces discomfort caused by allergies and
inflammation, stimulates the adrenal glands causing an increase in the secretion of
corticosteroids. It has a general tonic, vitaminizing, remineralizing, immunostimulating and
anti-inflammatory potential. It is recommended in cases of overwork or convalescence, in
combating eye fatigue (due to the anthocyanin content), in modulating the immune response
to various allergenic factors, in anemic states and in cases of iron deficiency. Blackcurrant
fruits increase diuresis and stimulate the elimination of uric acid and urinary stones.
Pansy violet or Three-spotted-siblings (Viola tricolor): the aerial parts contain triterpene
saponosides and rutoside and act as a diuretic – depurative and expectorant. It has anti-
allergic and slightly laxative action. Internally, it is recommended in the treatment of allergies
and arthritic dermatoses, in frequent dermatoses in children and as a diuretic – depurative.
Neem (Azadirachta indica): a well-known plant widely used in Ayurvedic medicine, with
strong antibacterial, antiviral and anti-inflammatory action. The leaf extract has anthelmintic
action (fights intestinal worms), hypoglycemic, increases anti-ulcer and anti-inflammatory

capacity. It also has astringent action, stimulates the rapid healing of dermatological
infections.
Black cumin (Nigella sativa): also known as Negrilica, has been used since ancient times as
an active remedy both in Ayurvedic medicine, in Chinese medicine, and in the medicine of
ancient Egypt and Greece. It has a relatively strong effect on the airways affected by asthma.
Negrilica is traditionally used to increase the body's defense capacity. Through its

Oak (Quercus robur): Oak bark contains quercetin, a bioflavonoid with strong anti-allergic
and antioxidant properties. Widespread in nature, the name of this substance derives from
"quercetum" (oak forest), after the oak genus Quercus. It is a very active substance with
many therapeutic properties: it is beneficial in allergic conditions, in cardiovascular and
osteo-articular conditions, it stimulates the production of insulin, it helps to lower cholesterol
and triglycerides, it is useful in states of physical exhaustion, inflammation , chronic fatigue
or oxidative stress. in fighting viral and bacterial infections and is useful for people with a
weakened immune system and for patients with chronic lung diseases such as asthma, COPD
and cystic fibrosis.
Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra): Licorice root contains, among other substances, glycyrrhizic
acid, which is the main active compound and its derivatives, clinical studies confirming its
secretolytic, expectorant, anti-inflammatory and adrenocorticotropic actions. It is
recommended as an emollient and expectorant in the treatment of coughs, as an anti-
inflammatory in allergic conditions, rheumatism, arthritis, for the prevention of liver
poisoning, in the prophylaxis and treatment of gastro-duodenal ulcers. The most common use
is in the treatment of coughs and colds that are accompanied by stomach pains, but due to its
effects it can also be used for autoimmune conditions (Lupus disease, scleroderma,
rheumatoid arthritis) and allergies to animal hair.
Wood avens (Geum urbanum): due to its high content in tannins, it decreases mucous
secretions, the permeability of capillaries and cell membranes. Due to the presence of
eugenol, the rhizome has antiseptic and soothing properties. It also has antidiarrheal and
astringent action.
Elderberry (Sambucus nigra): these fruits have actions and properties similar to those of
blueberries. Due to the high content of antioxidants, they can prevent the occurrence of
chronic diseases. They have a strong detoxifying action, are useful in flu, whooping cough,
increase the body's resistance to exposure to flu viruses. Healing will be much faster, and in
addition, certain symptoms, such as fever, muscle pain, and weakness will be greatly reduced.
Certain active substances in elderberries annihilate the enzyme mechanism by which viruses
enter healthy cells, avoiding illness or speeding up healing. They are useful for improving
night vision and as adjuncts in the treatment of eye diseases, in psoriasis, skin allergies,

Pineapple (Ananas comosus): the main active substance is bromelain, a mixture of
beneficial enzymes in treating indigestion and reducing inflammation. Bromelain helps thin

mucus and reduce occasional allergies. Bromelain belongs to the class of proteolytic enzymes
and has a direct role in the metabolism and degradation of food proteins. It actively
participates in the digestion process, facilitating the absorption of protein nutrients.
Bromelain can pass the digestive barrier, being absorbed and passing further into the blood,
so it has a beneficial role in other parts of the body. Among the benefits of bromelain intake
is its anti-inflammatory role, both at the osteoarticular level (inflammatory diseases), at the
sinus level (when the sinuses are inflamed) and at the digestive level, in case of inflammatory
conditions (colitis).
Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis): popularly called "eye flower", it is recommended in the
treatment of eye diseases, especially in conjunctivitis and blepharitis. One of the factors
causing blepharitis is exposure to certain allergens, conjunctivitis also being a condition that
can occur due to allergic factors. Almost 75% of spring allergy symptoms also affect the
eyes.
Ginger (Zingiber officinale): The part used is the rhizomes and is one of the most widely
used ingredients in traditional Indian, Chinese and other medicine. It is used as a flavoring,
carminative, stomachic, expectorant, sialagogue (causes salivation), especially in diseases of
the digestive system, but also in rheumatism, catarrhal lung diseases (with abundant

– Neem bark powder (Azadirachta indica) – 35 mg;
– Black cumin fruit powder (Nigella sativa) – 35 mg;
– Oak bark extract (Quercus robur) – 35 mg;
– powder from Licorice rhizomes (Glycyrrhiza glabra) – 15 mg;
– powder from the roots and rhizomes of Wood avens (Geum urbanum) – 15 mg;
– Elderberry powder (Sambucus nigra) – 15 mg;
– powder from Stone lichen (Cetraria islandica) – 15 mg;
– pineapple fruit extract (Ananas comosus) containing 80 GDU bromelain – 15 mg;
– powder from aerial parts of Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis) – 15 mg;

Direction to use:
– 2 capsules 2-3 times a day, with a large glass of water, depending on your physical
condition, the degree of allergy manifestation and the recommendations received.
