Direction to use:

PULMOACTIV is a broad-spectrum product, it has several uses and ways of use. Below, we
list some of them:

Internal use:
3 drops 3 times a day, diluted in a little warm water. Take this mixture and hold it in your
mouth for at least 30 seconds up to 5 minutes and then swallow. In this way we destroy the
pathogens and viruses in the oral cavity, the contained oils evaporate and can penetrate the
nose, pharynx, larynx and bronchi, up to the lungs.

External use:
1. Massage with an invigorating effect: if a respiratory condition has the effect of muscle
pain, 1-2 drops can be added to a massage cream or gel, massage then the paintful
areas to activate the circulation, in the same time the volatile oils from the mixture
also eases breathing.
2. Aromatherapy: add 2-3 drops to water and place in the aromatherapy lamp or
aromatherapy diffuser, The active substances released into the air from the room,
relaxes and clears the airways and disinfects the air in the room. This mode of use is
indicated especially during the night.
3. Warm inhalations: add 2-3 drops to 300-500ml of hot water and inhale gradually
bringing your nose and mouth closer to the bowl in which the mixture was made,
taking care to cover your head with a large towel that also covers the bowl. Attention,
start the hot inhalations from a greater distance at first and gradually bring your face
closer to the bowl in which you prepared the mixture.
4. Cold inhalations: put 1-2 drops in the palms, rub the palms vigorously, and then hold

oils.
5. Warm baths: apply 5-10 drops in the bath water. Stay as relaxed as possible in the tub
for about 15 minutes, making sure that the water from the tub is up to the middle of
the chest (not covering the chest).
6. At night, 2-3 drops can be applied on a wet towel and put it at a distance of
approximately one meter from the head during sleep. This method can be used safely
on younger children also.
7. A drop of this product can be applied with a gentle massage on the middle of the chest
for better breathing and to calm coughing fits.
