Collagen: Collagen is the most abundant protein in our body. It is found in muscles, bones,
skin, tendons, blood vessels and the digestive system. It is responsible for the strength and
elasticity of the skin, joints, tendons and blood vessel walls. The body produces its own
collagen, but this production slows down with age or due to poor nutrient intake. A diet high

Frankincense (Boswellia serrata): thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, it reduces and
